The journey of life… a series of micro-journeys in the individual universe studded with emotions, the impulses of the soul, variegated, in continuous evolution… Fear, love, anger, sadness, anxiety, acceptance, anger, hope, a uninterrupted flow between the extreme poles, apparently distant, but closely linked by the ancient law of opposites that attract, merge into a single whole, an inseparable dichotomy, the union of two distinct entities that coexist within the same nucleus . As Carl Gustav Jung taught us, "the shadow" cannot and must not be removed, because the virtue of the wise resides in the balance of opposites! Life is learned, day by day…Recent events, although they have forced us to remain distant, nevertheless they have brought us together precisely in this whirlwind of sensations that have literally upset and enveloped the reassuring den of our limits, that much-discussed comfort-zone we often cling to in order not to go further, not to dare. And we had to adapt to a new reality, never imagined, we started isolating ourselves to avoid mutual contamination, trapped with ourselves. Suspended over an unexpected void, we were forced to find a way to cross it, turning to those internal impulses which, devoid of rules, often make us lean towards one pole or the other: fear has blocked us, anxiety has invaded our feeble certainties. The fragility of feeling alone has in any case given strength, prompted us to seek new ways, new ways of relating, new tools, thanks to that extraordinary ability which, playing the role of regulator of emotions, makes it possible to positively transform a critical event into a personal research capable of combining lights and shadows of one's existence: RESILIENCE!!!

Antilabé, strange word, but it's original. An ancient soldier, who fought in Sparta like Oplita, suggested this strange name:
