Domus Venetkens, two words whose origins belong to apparently different languages, united by a common destiny: to escape from one of the many wars that have marked the life of many people in every age and in every place, towards a promised and undefined land, allocated in an elsewhere that at the same time is everything and nothing.
Escapes and returns, this is the recurring theme, the unconscious bond that has always united men in an attempt to merge the intimate wandering of their mind with outward forms of movement, one for all the journey. The departure from the lost homeland becomes an alternation between the emotional poles of exile and discovery, pursuing a balance that seems to find satisfaction only in the return to the origins, but which will eventually prove futile, returning a reality whose only evidence is uncertainty.
Uprooted, lost, we can find refuge in a world that is not of this world, where imagination will give new life to escape, thousands and thousands times more…
